Coachin' & Groovin' | Freelance - Branding | Steph Lara, the face and founder of Coachin’ & Groovin’, is a Sydney based strength, conditioning & powerlifting coach. The visual inspiration for the Coachin’ & Groovin’ brand is deeply rooted in Steph’s love of the style, music and disco energy of the 1970s. This shines through in her vibrant personality and the positive energy that she brings to client interactions and the gym as a whole.
